E&I Supervisor Needed to Lead the boundaries
Job Description
The installation, upkeep, and repair of all electrical and instrumentation equipment at a facility are under the direction of the E&I Supervisor, a crucial leadership position. Leading a group of experts to guarantee the highest level of safety and dependability in the operation of process control and power distribution systems is your main responsibility. By overseeing intricate maintenance plans, shutdowns (turnarounds), and urgent repairs, you close the gap between engineering strategy and shop floor implementation. A technical mentor with a "safety-first" mentality and a thorough understanding of the synergy between precision digital control loops and high-voltage electrical systems is the ideal candidate.
Key Duties:
Oversee a group of E&I technicians, assign daily tasks, hold toolbox talks, and make sure everyone on the team is taught on the most recent safety procedures.
Maintaining transformers, switchgear, PLC/DCS I/O modules, and field instruments (transmitters, valves, sensors) requires supervision of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Lead the planning and execution of electrical and instrumentation duties during plant shutdowns to guarantee that work is finished on schedule and within budget.
Technical troubleshooting: Act as the last resort for complicated issues with control valve positioners, VFDs, or signal transmission protocols (HART, Profibus, Modbus).
Calibration Compliance: Maintain the calibration database and certification records, and make sure all crucial process instruments are calibrated in accordance with ISO or legal requirements.
We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
