Your Duties: Daily ProductionTarget Execution: Oversee shift operations to meet daily production targets while guaranteeing efficient processing via electrodeposition, primer application, topcoat, pre-treatment, and curing ovens. Process Parameter Optimization: Keep an eye on and modify important line parameters, such as oven baking temperatures, paint flow rates, atomization pressures, conveyor line speeds, and spray booth air velocities. Chemical Bath Monitoring: Track pH levels, conductivity characteristics, and tank temperatures to preserve coating adherence while working with lab technicians to confirm daily pre-treatment and CED chemical concentrations. Molding First-Time-Through Management: Proactively reduce common flaws like dust spots, paint runs, orange peel, and sags by driving continuous improvement loops to maximize the line's First-Time-Through rate. Robotic and Manual Spray Coordination: Optimize paint consumption rates to minimize costly overspray waste by supervising automated robotic programming deployments or managing manual sprayer tactics.
