Your Duties: Automation System Diagnosis & Maintenance: PLCs, VFD parameters, HMI panels, proximity/photoelectric sensors, and other automated plant equipment control layers should all be troubleshooted, debugged, and configured. High-Voltage Substation Governance: Oversee the plant's power distribution grid, which includes transformers, HT/LT panels, vacuum circuit breakers, and air circuit breakers. Emergency Breakdown Intervention: During unplanned machine stoppages, lead quick floor-side troubleshooting teams and use electrical schematics to methodically locate wiring problems, blown relays, or burned controller modules. PowerFactor & EnergyOptimization: To maintain a high power factor, reduce energy transmission losses, and prevent utility fines, keep an eye on and maintain automated power factor correction capacitor banks. Backup PowerGrid Readiness: To ensure prompt cut-ins during utility outages, oversee routine testing, load synchronization, and preventative maintenance on plant diesel generator systems and centralized UPS grids.
