Electrical Technician Continuous Improvement & TPM Job Description Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Salary: Based on Company Norms Education: Diploma/BE in EEE Location: In And Around Chennai

Your Duties: Preventive and Corrective Electrical Maintenance: Check plant electrical panels, motor control centers (MCC), distribution boards, transformers, diesel generators and lighting systems on a regular basis and make quick corrective repairs. Control Panel Wiring & Equipment Troubleshooting: To install, wire, diagnose, and fix control panels, contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers (ACB/MCCB), timers, and pushbuttons, read electrical circuit diagrams and single-line schematics. Motor, VFD, and Starter Maintenance: Across production lines, test, wire, install, and troubleshoot AC/DC motors, VFDs, soft starters, DOL starters, and Star-Delta starter circuits. Field Wiring, Cable Laying, and Sensor Calibration: Install field cable trays, lay conduit, gland and terminate cables, and swap out malfunctioning thermocouples, photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and limit switches.
