One of the main forces behind corporate expansion is the telemarketing executive, who is in charge of making initial contact with prospective clients in order to spark interest in the company's goods and services. Using persuasive verbal communication, your main goal is to turn cold or warm leads into qualified appointments or direct sales. As the liaison between marketing and sales, you make sure that the sales funnel is always filled with qualified leads. The ideal applicant is a persistent, goal-oriented professional who has a "never-give-up" mentality and the capacity to transform a "no" into a "maybe" and a "maybe" into a "yes."
Key Duties
Lead Generation & Outreach: Use the databases or lead lists that are provided to make a large number of outbound calls to potential clients every day.
Delivering polished yet organic-sounding sales proposals that showcase the distinct value propositions of the product or service is known as product pitching.
Lead Qualification: Make sure the prospect satisfies the requirements for a "Qualified Lead" by learning about their demands, authority, and budget through in-depth questioning.
Setting Appointments: Arrange product demos or follow-up appointments with account managers or the senior sales team.
Handle objections with confidence by using authorized conversation tracks to handle consumer concerns, pricing hesitancies, or comparisons with rivals.
Database administration: Provide correct call logs, client information, and follow-up dates to the CRM system.
Market Feedback: Keep track of any recurrent comments from customers or market trends that you see during phone conversations, then share them with the marketing team.
