Sales Executive Dealers, Delivery, and Channel Sales
Job Description
Duties:
Outbound Pipeline & Lead Generation: Use targeted email campaigns, industry networking, social selling, and organized cold outreach to proactively find, qualify, and engage high-potential new business accounts.
Consultative Discovery & Product Presentations: Deliver customized product presentations and value-driven demos after conducting in-depth discovery discussions with potential stakeholders to identify their operational pain areas.
Commercial Negotiation & DealClosure: Oversee the whole commercial contract negotiation process, successfully addressing price concerns, organizing high-value bids, and coordinating financial and legal terms to complete contract sign-offs.
Account Growth & Relationship Maintenance: During the onboarding process, build solid, dependable connections with recently acquired accounts by aggressively following up to find opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
CRM Hygiene & Pipeline Management: Keep clean pipeline monitoring data in the company's CRM system, update deal stages, and log every customer touchpoint to ensure complete accuracy throughout the sales pipeline.
Focus Skills:
Advanced Consultative Negotiation & Selling Literacy: Outstanding ability to identify underlying customer problems, recast product features as definitive solutions, negotiate intricate organizational hierarchies, and skillfully address challenging pricing concerns.
Sales Pipeline & Lifecycle Management Fluency: In-depth knowledge of contemporary frameworks for sales methodology, sales funnel leaks, and conversion tracking systems.
Public Speaking & Professional Presentation Mastery: Excellent confidence and clarity while selling on-site at significant business events, presenting intricate ROI data to C-suite executives, or giving compelling live software/product demos.
High Resilience & Target Navigation Frameworks: Organized capacity to function well under stringent monthly/quarterly target demands, upholding an unwavering, constructive daily outreach discipline in the face of rejection.
