Job Description
Duties:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use networking, cold calling, social selling on LinkedIn, and following up on leads generated by marketing to proactively find new business prospects.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and preserve enduring connections with important decision-makers to guarantee high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations: Clearly communicate the "Value Proposition" of the company's products through engaging in-person or virtual product demos and presentations.
Negotiation and Closing: Manage intricate sales cycles to reach a "win-win" solution for the client and the company by negotiating contracts, terms, and prices.
Market research: Keep abreast of market circumstances, competitor activity, and industry developments to modify sales tactics appropriately.
Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system's sales pipeline correct and current while giving management regular projections.
Focus Skills:
Persuasion and Negotiation: The capacity to sway decision-makers and politely and confidently address concerns.
Communication Excellence: Excellent written and vocal communication abilities with the capacity to modify messages for various audiences.
Resilience: A high level of "Grit"—the capacity to remain upbeat and persistent in the face of rejection or protracted sales cycles.
Tech Savvy: Able to use virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM applications (Salesforce, Hubspot).
