My time at the Scoot Airlines London Office » was excellent. The staff was incredibly polite and competent. They promptly resolved the issue I was having booking my bags. They respected me and provided me with lucid responses. The office had a serene, well-organized atmosphere. Everything was done with consideration and care. They obviously prioritize their customers. If I ever needed a flight again, I would be happy to come back. We appreciate the team's excellent service.
