Homeowners in Lake Wales, Dundee, Frostproof, and Lake Alfred call Kincaid Electrical Services Inc when they need a residential electrician. The shop is at 15510 Hwy 27, Lake Wales, FL 33859. Florida master license EC0000873, on file since 1973. Phone (863) 676-0198. Email service@kincaidelectric.com. Open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. The same crew handles repair, panels, lighting, ceiling fans, generators, and the circuit for an EV charger the customer already owns. Work follows the National Electrical Code. A lot of the houses are from before the mid-eighties, so two-prong outlets, cloth insulation, and fuse boxes still show up. Those get tested before a device is swapped. Kitchens, baths, garages, and outdoor receptacles that lack GFCI protection are a steady part of the house work. A ceiling fan that wobbles because the box was never rated for one gets a new box before the fan goes back up. They do not take a full house rewire. An upgrade is priced before it is booked. A troubleshooting call is billed for the parts and the time after the fault is found. https://kincaidelectric.com/services/residential-electrical »
