Last weekend, I brought my aging parents to the Volaris AIrlines San Jose Office » , and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. In order to make sure my parents understood everything, they spoke properly and carefully as we waited and provided chairs. The agent printed out our boarding passes ahead of time and assisted us in choosing seats at the front for simpler boarding. The office was spotless and wheelchair accessible. We will always be devoted Volaris clients because of this experience, as it is uncommon to find such considerate customer care these days!
