Four of us friends went to the EL AL Airlines Miami Office » . We had some inquiries concerning our next flight's baggage and seat selection. The staff was excellent; they were very courteous and approachable. They provided us with advice for our trip in addition to answering all of our questions. Everything was handled professionally, and the wait time was brief. They were very patient with our group and treated us with respect, which I truly appreciated. It reduced the stress of organizing our trip. If I ever needed travel assistance again, I would be happy to come to this office.
