Without attempting to pressure us into doing anything, they provided us with excellent advise and concise explanations. They were patient with us as we asked questions at our own pace. Being appreciated and not hurried was pleasant. The atmosphere was professional and serene overall. We departed with all the information we required and were grateful for the excellent service.
