To finalize our group flight reservation, my buddies and I visited the EL AL Airlines Miami Office » last week. The staff there was very kind and helpful. They gave us thorough explanations and walked us through each stage. We had never flown with EL AL before, but they gave us confidence in our trip arrangements. The office was well-kept and conveniently located. We valued the time they invested in responding to all of our inquiries. They seemed to genuinely care. Grinning and eager to be on our journey, we walked out of the office. Overall, excellent service!
