Central Indiana sees it all: spring tornado outbreaks, summer derechos, flash flooding along Fall Creek and the White River, and winter ice storms that glaze I-465. Weather Alerts is a free Android app that notifies you before severe weather reaches Indianapolis.

What you get: - Tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings for Marion County and nearby counties - Ice, sleet and heavy snow alerts for the morning commute - Flash flood and heavy rain notifications - Heat index and wind chill warnings with custom limits - Hourly, 10-day forecasts and live radar

Choose your own thresholds - the app only alerts you when the conditions you care about are forecast for Indy, Carmel, Fishers or Greenwood.
