They made sure all of my inquiries were addressed, and I didn't have to wait long. The visit went smoothly and was enjoyable. It brought back memories of my family and I visiting the Pacific Coastal Airlines Tofino Office. Both offices were spotless, the staff was welcoming, and they helped us with the entire travel procedure. Huge thumbs up!
