Both locations made me feel comfortable, and I returned there after a pleasant family outing to the Pacific Coastal Airlines Tofino Office. The Auckland Office provided quick and simple service. There wasn't much waiting for me. Anyone considering a trip with Bangkok Airways should contact this office, in my opinion. What a fantastic experience!
