Hello! I had a super smooth flight out of the Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal » last week. From the instant I arrived, the people were friendly and very accommodating. Check-in was easy, and the signs made getting around the terminal a breeze. Security was flowing well, and I enjoyed the seating and plugs available near the gate. What really impressed me was the relaxed, efficient atmosphere—something you always experience! The Southwest staff moved people along neatly without rushing anyone. Boarding was friendly and casual, and the gate attendants were cheerful and informative. Overall, it was an excellent beginning to my trip. I will fly Southwest out of again, for sure!
