People that worked there were courteous and knowledgeable. Finding this type of excellent service anywhere is difficult. I had the same positive vibes when I went to the Pacific Coastal Airlines Tofino Office with my family. Both trips were excellent. I will soon take another flight with Vietnam Airlines since I now have even greater faith in them.
