Admin Executive Coordinate with operations abroad Job Description Who you are: Manage the upkeep and maintenance of office spaces, including safety inspections, cleaning services, and repairs. Look for and bargain with suppliers of office supplies, utility services, and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts); keep a directory of trustworthy service providers. Oversee the procurement and delivery of equipment, office supplies, and pantry items; monitor stock levels to avoid shortages. Oversee front desk operations, plan travel and lodging for visitors, and oversee conference room scheduling. Plan meetings, town halls, employee engagement initiatives, and internal company events. Maintain adherence to local fire and safety laws, oversee access control systems, and make sure office security procedures are implemented.
