Your main task is to convert intricate engineering plans into highly efficient G-code and M-code that power CNC equipment. As the "Manufacturing Brain," you choose the best cutting pathways, tool choices, and order of operations to maximize part quality and reduce cycle times. A highly technical specialist with a "Precision-First" mentality who can bridge the gap between a physical, high-tolerance component and a 3D CAD model is the ideal candidate.

Key Skills: Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, NX CAM, Delcam, or Esprit. CAD proficiency is the capacity to work with and create designs using CAD programs such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor. Mathematical Excellence: Proficiency in geometry and trigonometry to compute intricate tool trajectories and coordinates. G-code/M-code expertise: The capacity to manually read, write, and modify code at the machine controller when needed. Material science is the study of how various materials, such as steel, aluminum, titanium, and inconel, respond to heat and varied cutting forces.
