Your Duties:
Daily Facility & Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, making sure that the common areas, conference rooms, workstations, and physical workspace are all safe, clean, and operational.
Vendor and Contractor Management: Find, bargain with, and oversee outside service providers, such as contractors for building maintenance, housekeeping, security, catering, and pest control, while monitoring performance in relation to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
purchase & Inventory Control: Oversee the purchase lifecycle for corporate gifts, office supplies, stationery, and pantry products while keeping ideal inventory counts to prevent waste or stockouts.
Asset and Infrastructure Maintenance: Organize regular preventative maintenance and repair schedules for office equipment, such as plumbing networks, HVAC systems, electrical setups, fire safety devices, and office automation tools.
Visitor and Front-Office Experience: Oversee front desk and reception activities, creating a wonderful, safe welcome and check-in experience for customers, visitors, and interview subjects.
