Job Title: CNC VMC Operator & Setter

Job Summary

The CNC VMC Operator & Setter is responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to manufacture precision components in line with engineering drawings, production requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup (Setter) • Prepare CNC VMC machines for new and repeat jobs • Select, install, and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces • Configure work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters • Conduct trial runs and implement necessary adjustments

Machine Operation (Operator) • Operate CNC VMC machines during production runs • Ensure machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance • Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines • Record and maintain production logs and documentation

Skills & Qualifications • Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / BE or any degree • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Knowledge of CNC VMC operations, tooling, and machining processes • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience • 1–5 years of experience as CNC VMC Operator / Setter

Working Conditions • Shop-floor manufacturing environment • Rotational Shift Work • 8 Hours Shift
