• *Job Title:** CNC VMC Operator & Setter
• *Job Summary:**

The CNC VMC Operator & Setter is responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and production requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup (Setter):**
• Set up CNC VMC machines for new and repeat jobs
• Select, install, and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces
• Set work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters
• Perform trial runs and make necessary corrections
• *Machine Operation (Operator):**
• Operate CNC VMC machines during production
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Maintain production records and logs
• *Skills & Qualifications:**
• 10th/ 12th/ITI/ Diploma / BE or any degree
• *Experience:**
• 0–7 years of experience as CNC VMC Operator / Setter
• *Working Conditions:**
• Shop-floor manufacturing workplace
• Rotational shifts may be required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18k- ₹28k per month
