CNC Programmers Shape Automation's Evolution Job Description: Responsibilities: NC Programming: Use CAM software to develop, test, and improve intricate programs for multi-axis CNC machines. CAD/CAM Integration: Create tool paths with complete fidelity to engineering specifications by importing 2D drawings and 3D models. Process engineering: Choose the best cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and depths of cut for different materials to determine the most effective machining sequences. Simulation & Verification: Before the program is implemented on the shop floor, run software simulations to find any tool collisions, air cuts, or path inefficiencies. Tooling and Fixture Design: To guarantee steady and consistent machining, design or specify unique jigs, fixtures, and work-holding systems. Technical Troubleshooting: Work together with operators and setters to troubleshoot programs and fix dimensional problems or subpar surface finishes on the shop floor.

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
