Key Responsibilities: 1. Process Improvement: Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for enhancement to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 2. Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards. 3. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues, working closely with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations. 4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including process changes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance, to ensure traceability and compliance. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to support new product launches and improvements.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a degree in engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
