 Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external certification audits.

 Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.

 Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

 Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality requirements.

 Prepare and maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and audit reports.

 Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

 Conduct supplier quality evaluations and support supplier audits when required.

 Coordinate with production, engineering, and customer teams to resolve quality related concerns.

 Lead root cause analysis activities using quality tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why Analysis, FMEA, SPC, etc.

Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001) preferred.  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.

Pay: ₹20k - ₹45k per month
