JD:

Job Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic injection moulded components Monitor production quality and ensure product specifications are maintained Identify injection moulding defects like Flash, Sink Mark, Short Mould, Warpage, Burn Mark, Flow Mark, etc. Inspect components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documents Perform defect analysis and support corrective actions Coordinate with Production and Tool Room teams for quality improvement Ensure customer quality requirements are achieved

Required Skills: Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Quality Inspection

Knowledge of moulding process & plastic materials

Knowledge of 7 QC Tools

Knowledge in GD&T and Engineering Drawing

Good handling experience of measuring instruments

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualification:
