Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Service & Commissioning team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the field of Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), Pure Steam, and High-Purity Water Systems used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and industrial applications.
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo structured on-the-job training and work alongside experienced engineers to gain practical exposure to installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-purity water systems at customer sites across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and start-up activities of Purified Water, WFI, Pure Steam, RO, EDI, and distribution systems.
• Support senior engineers in site inspections, equipment testing, loop checks, and system performance verification.
• Learn to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process-related issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities at customer locations.
• Support SAT, IQ, OQ, and validation-related activities as required.
• Prepare service reports, commissioning documents, and other technical records.
• Learn to read and interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Participate in customer training sessions and provide technical support during project execution.
• Follow company safety standards, quality procedures, and customer site regulations at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering disciplines.
• Fresh graduates (2025/2026 pass-outs) with a strong technical aptitude.
• Basic understanding of water treatment processes, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and industrial systems will be an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a customer-facing environment.
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for project and service assignments.
• Ability to work at pharmaceutical and industrial project sites
Pay: ₹18k - ₹35k per month
