Measure shine using high-precision tools like Gloss Meters, and quantify "Orange Peel" and surface smoothness using Wave-scan machines. Verify that pH levels, conductivity, and chemical concentrations are within specified ranges by auditing the Pre-treatment and Electro-Deposition (ED) lines. Use 8D, Fishbone, or 5-Why approaches to conduct investigations on persistent paint flaws. Create and maintain paint line quality inspection standards, along with operator visual limit samples. Work with paint and chemical suppliers to evaluate new coating formulas and troubleshoot problems with raw materials.
