HR Executive Step into Critical HR Functions
Job Description
With an emphasis on the entire employee lifecycle, the HR Executive is in charge of overseeing the daily activities of the Human Resources division. Finding and hiring talent, organizing employee paperwork, supervising payroll inputs, and cultivating a pleasant workplace culture are all part of this job. The ideal applicant serves as a liaison between management and staff, guaranteeing the successful implementation of HR policies while upholding high standards of employee engagement and legal compliance.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing resumes, doing preliminary interviews, and liaising with department leaders.
Onboarding & Induction: Organize IT/asset allocation, hold orientation sessions, and finish joining procedures to ensure a seamless transfer for new hires.
Employee Records Management: Keep track of and update both digital and physical employee files, such as leave management, performance records, and contracts.
Support for Attendance and Payroll: Keep track of daily leave and attendance records; create monthly payroll inputs for the finance department.
Statutory Compliance: Help ensure that local labor rules, such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Gratuity, are followed.
Employee Engagement: To increase morale and retention, plan internal events, "Employee of the Month" initiatives, and team-building exercises.
Skills:
competence with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and HRIS software.
solid knowledge of labor laws and the requirements of statutory compliance.
Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
