Job Description
Duties:
End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire employment process, from finding and vetting applicants to holding interviews and distributing offer letters.
Onboarding & Induction: Create and carry out orientation programs for new personnel to guarantee a seamless integration into the organization's systems and culture.
Employee Relations: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee complaints, offering mediation and guaranteeing a positive, conflict-free workplace.
Performance Management: Help managers define KPIs, monitor staff development goals, and participate in the yearly performance review process.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Work together with the financial team to guarantee correct monthly payroll processing, including statutory deductions (PF/ESI), leaves, and attendance monitoring.
HR Documentation: Keep both digital and physical personnel files up to date and in compliance with labor laws.
Focus Skills:
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding capacity to establish rapport and have productive conversations with a wide range of individuals
Conflict Resolution: A cool-headed, impartial method of resolving conflicts at work.
Legal Knowledge: Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements and local labor regulations.
Software proficiency: familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
