HR Recruiter Cultivate the Future Talent Job Description The HR Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great talent. Your primary goal is to build a strong talent pipeline that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and cultural values. You will work closely with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and use various channels—including job portals, social media, and networking—to find the right fit. The ideal candidate is a "people person" with excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for talent, and a persistence to close open positions within specified timelines.

Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Use LinkedIn, job sites, and employee recommendations to proactively find and contact possible applicants. Requirement-Gathering: Work with recruiting managers to establish candidate profiles, job descriptions, and necessary skill sets for available positions. Screening and Shortlisting: Examine applications, perform preliminary phone interviews, and evaluate applicants for cultural fit and technical proficiency. Interview-Coordination: To ensure a seamless and expert candidate experience, arrange and lead interviews between candidates and the hiring team. Offer-Management: Organize the issuance of offer letters and employment contracts, manage salary discussions, and check references. Employer-Branding: Promote the business on social media and at career fairs to establish a favorable reputation as an "Employer of Choice." ATS-Management: To monitor candidate progress and produce recruitment analytics, maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System.

Skills: Communication: Outstanding writing and verbal abilities to captivate and convince possible applicants. Networking: Excellent ability to establish connections with internal stakeholders, agencies, and applicants. Time management: The capacity to oversee several open positions at once while adhering to tight deadlines. Negotiation: The ability to strike a balance between the company's budget and the expectations of candidates.
