Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Use a variety of employment sites to find applicants, perform preliminary screenings, and work with hiring managers to organize interviews.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage paperwork, system access, and orientation sessions to ensure a seamless transfer for new recruits; conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
Employee Record Management: Ensure that all records are correct and private by maintaining and updating both digital and physical employee files.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Create monthly payroll inputs, such as mandatory deductions, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Policy Implementation: Help create and disseminate firm policies and procedures, making sure that each employee is aware of their rights and obligations.
Employee Engagement: To promote a positive workplace culture, organize and carry out team-building exercises, **** celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Performance Management: Oversee goal-setting and feedback meetings, as well as the annual or semi-annual performance review process.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
