Recruitment Executive Fast-Growing Organization Job Description Who you are: Conduct full-lifecycle hiring for technical, management, and operational positions; create diverse candidate pipelines using advanced Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, professional networks, and referral programs. To evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, cultural fit, compensation expectations, practicality of a notice period, and motivation, conduct thorough first phone screens and structured behavioural interviews. Work together with hiring managers to establish job specifications and candidate profiles; plan, organise, and lead rounds of panel interviews while keeping lines of communication open and feedback open at all times. To guarantee a seamless onboarding process and reduce drop-offs, organise, extend, and negotiate competitive employment offers in accordance with authorised wage bands. Maintain regular contact with a few chosen candidates during their notice periods. Ensure complete adherence to internal hiring policies, background check procedures, and equal employment opportunity standards by keeping accurate, up-to-date records inside Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
