A Job in Modern Production as a MIG Welder Job Description: Responsibilities: Machine Calibration: Depending on the thickness of the metal, set up and modify the MIG welding machine's voltage, wire feed speed, and gas flow. Metal Preparation: To guarantee a smooth finish and a 100% strong bond, clean, grind, and align metal surfaces. Fusion & Joining: Use overhead, vertical, and horizontal welds to fuse components together in accordance with shop drawings or technical blueprints. Quality Inspection: Examine each weld visually to look for weak places, holes (porosity), or cracks that could lead to the part failing. Safety and Maintenance: To keep the welding torch and tips in optimal operating condition, operate heavy tools carefully and do routine maintenance.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Education: Any ITI Graduation
