Breakdown Repair: Respond quickly to machine malfunctions by doing root cause analysis (RCA) and carrying out quick fixes to get production back up and running. Troubleshooting: Identify complicated issues in electrical circuits, hydraulic power units, pneumatic actuators, and PLC systems. replacement Parts Management: To cut down on lead time for repairs, keep a vital stock of consumables and replacement parts, making sure that high-wear products are always available. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Educate machine workers on "Autonomous Maintenance" duties such as daily inspection, lubrication, and cleaning (CIL). Vendor and Contract Management: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts and work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to arrange specific repairs.
