Utility Maintenance Engineer for Security and Comply Job Description Who you are: Ensure accurate temperature management for molds and hydraulic circuits by supervising the operation and upkeep of water chillers and cooling towers. Keep high-pressure air dryers and compressors in good working order to guarantee moisture-free air for blow-molding attachments, pneumatic valves, and component ejection. Control the plant's UPS, DG sets, and electrical substation to avoid production loss during power outages. Make sure that raw materials are dry before they go into barrels by maintaining centralized vacuum feeding systems, blenders, and dryers (dehumidifiers). Make sure the shop floor is properly ventilated, and keep up with the crane/hoist systems that are used to load and unload heavy mold. To reduce unplanned downtime and increase asset life, perform preventive maintenance (PM) on all utility equipment according to the PM schedule.
