Job Description: The "Operational Architect" of the production floor is the Production Engineer. Your main responsibility is to supervise the entire production process, making sure that goods are produced effectively, on schedule, and within budget. As the "Friction Reducer," you find bottlenecks and apply lean techniques to maximize output without sacrificing safety or quality. The ideal applicant is a hands-on leader with a strong grasp of industrial safety, resource planning, and machine operations who can work well in a fast-paced setting.

Key Skills: Operational Expertise: A solid understanding of production procedures. Lean & Six Sigma: Expertise with techniques such as Poka-Yoke, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Technical Software: Knowledge of fundamental CAD software for layout planning and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Leadership: The capacity to oversee and inspire a varied group of operators and technicians under pressure. Problem Solving: Making decisions quickly to reduce downtime and fix technological problems at the floor level.
