Your Duties: Instrument Calibration: To guarantee process accuracy, regularly calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters using common test equipment. Electrical troubleshooting involves identifying and fixing issues with switchgear, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, and low-to-medium voltage power circuits. PLC & SCADA Support: Help troubleshoot I/O modules of Programmable Logic Controllers and confirm signal integrity between the control room and field equipment. Preventive Maintenance: To avoid unscheduled downtime, conduct planned inspections on electrical motors, actuators, control valves, and analytical equipment. Loop Checking: During commissioning or after a repair, carry out "Loop Checks" to confirm that signals from field devices are appropriately received and processed by the control system. Installation and Wiring: Terminate control cables in accordance with wiring designs; install new electrical conduits, cable trays, and instrument tubing.
