Job Description Who you are: To guarantee process accuracy, regularly calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters using standard test equipment. Electrical troubleshooting involves identifying and fixing issues with switchgear, low-to-medium voltage power circuits, motor control centers, and variable frequency drives. Help troubleshoot I/O modules of Programmable Logic Controllers and confirm signal integrity between the control room and field equipment. To avoid unforeseen downtime, perform planned inspections on electrical motors, actuators, control valves, and analytical equipment. During commissioning or after a repair, conduct "Loop Checks" to ensure that signals from field devices are accurately received and interpreted by the control system. Terminate control cables in accordance with wiring designs; install new electrical conduits, cable trays, and instrument tubing.
