Focus Skills: Machine expertise: knowledge of premium SMT brands. Technical troubleshooting: Expertise in identifying mechanical, software, and pneumatic machine malfunctions. Statistical Process Control (SPC): Knowledge of tracking Cpk and Ppk values for solder paste thickness and precise component placement through data. DFM Knowledge: The capacity to examine PCB Gerber files and spot possible production roadblocks early in the design stage. Communication: Excellent leadership abilities to work with the Moulding Production team and train SMT Operators
