Sustaining Production The Legend of Maintenance Job Description Who you are: To save wear and tear, create and carry out planned maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment, such as CNC, injection molding, and robots. Oversee the quick response team's diagnosis and repair of equipment malfunctions; carry out root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future occurrences. Take charge of the upkeep and operation of the plant's utilities, such as transformers, boilers, air compressors, chillers, and DG sets. To improve machine logic and performance, troubleshoot and alter sensor circuits and PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi). Educate operators on fundamental machine care and cleaning in order to implement TPM pillars, especially Autonomous Maintenance. Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts for specialized high-tech equipment and collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers.
