Immediate Joiners Needed Utility & Electrical Maintenance Job Description: Responsibilities: Power Distribution Management: Manage the maintenance and operation of transformers, vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), and High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) switchgear. Utility Plant Operations: Make vital utilities, such as screw air compressors, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, and water treatment plants (WTP/STP), operate at maximum efficiency and with no downtime. Automation & Drive Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues with PLC-based control panels (Siemens, ABB, Schneider), soft starters, and AC/DC drives (VFDs). Preventive Maintenance (PM): To avoid "Energy Leakage" and unexpected malfunctions, create and implement a strict PM schedule for all electrical motors, control panels, and utility equipment. Energy Management: Keep an eye on and maximize certain energy usage; control the APFC (Automatic Power Factor Controller) panels to keep the power factor near unity and prevent fines. Emergency Backup Systems: To guarantee a smooth transition during power outages, maintain and test diesel generator (DG) sets, synchronizing panels, and UPS systems. Project Execution: Oversee the commissioning and electrical installation of new equipment, including load balancing, earthing, and cable tray laying. Statutory Compliance: Keep all documentation for CEIG clearances, pressure vessel certifications (for boilers and receivers), and Electrical Inspectorate audits.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
