Program Verification: To confirm tool clearances and avoid spindle or machine crashes, upload NC files and run a thorough "Dry Run" or "Single Block" inspection. Work Offset Establishment: To make sure the machine knows the precise location of the workpiece in relation to the spindle, compute and enter precise work coordinates. First-Piece Approval: Complete the initial sample's machining and do a thorough inspection with precision tools to confirm all measurements and GD&T specifications.

Required Skills: VMC Mastery: The ability to operate and set 3-, 4-, or 5-axis vertical machining centers at an expert level. G-Code/M-Code Fluency: The capacity to efficiently read, comprehend, and modify CNC code in order to maximize the machining sequence.
