Operation: Use VMC machines to run pre-programmed sequences while keeping an eye on "Spindle Load" and "Coolant Flow" to guarantee steady cutting conditions. Dimensional Inspection: Make that the completed part has the dimensions listed in the engineering drawing by using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges. Tool Offsetting: To preserve part precision, enter and modify tool length and diameter offsets in the machine controller (such as Fanuc, Haas, or Mitsubishi).
