Production Supervisor Manufacturing KPI Management Job Description Who you are: Create and carry out daily production schedules for shifts, designate operators and technicians to certain workstations, oversee shift attendance and dynamically reallocate labour to alleviate line bottlenecks. Make sure operators carefully follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures by continuously monitoring production line flow, cycle times, and hourly output against targets. To reduce line downtime, quickly notify maintenance and quality teams of any real-time line stoppages, material shortages, or mechanical malfunctions. Make sure that everyone on the shop floor strictly abides by the rules on personal protective equipment, machine safety, emergency protocols, and 5S workplace cleanliness.
