Job Description: Responsibilities: Plant Production Strategy & Master Scheduling: To fulfill sales orders on time and under budget, create, implement, and supervise master plant production schedules, capacity utilisation plans, and personnel allocation strategies. Cost Optimisation & Yield Enhancement: To increase overall plant profitability, keep an eye on unit production costs, spearhead programs to reduce scrap and rework, maximise the use of raw materials, and oversee shift operational budgets. Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence: To maximise assembly workflows, remove operational bottlenecks, and enhance overall OEE, oversee plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban). Cross-Functional Alignment & Supply Chain Integration: To guarantee smooth material availability, zero component shortages, and zero-defect manufacturing output, work closely with the supply chain, procurement, quality assurance, and plant maintenance teams.

Required Skills: Plant Leadership & Workforce Management: The ability of an executive to oversee engineers, shop floor supervisors, multi-shift production teams, and plant workers while promoting a culture of responsibility, safety, and ongoing development. Master Capacity Planning & Budgeting: Extensive knowledge of resource scheduling, operational budgeting, unit cost analysis, production forecasting, and plant capacity modelling in high-volume manufacturing settings. Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma Execution: Mastery of Six Sigma root-cause problem-solving frameworks, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) concepts. EHS & Industrial Statutory Compliance: Thorough knowledge of labour laws, ISO/IATF quality management systems, environmental compliance standards, and plant safety requirements.
