Job Description: The main "Quality Assurance Anchor, Process Control Specialist, Dimensional Precision Engine & Manufacturing Quality Guardian" for all of our production processes is the Quality Engineer Manufacturing Quality, Process Control, Inspection & Quality Assurance Specialist. Your main responsibility is to create, monitor, assess, and optimize manufacturing quality processes, inspection standards, and control plans to guarantee components meet precise technical blueprints, customer standards, and ISO/IATF quality specifications. Plant directors and head quality managers set overall quality management system (QMS) frameworks, compliance policies, and high-level shop-floor strategies. As the "Guardian of Manufacturing Precision, Root Cause Analysis, Defect Prevention, and Shop-Floor Quality Standards," you assume direct responsibility for achieving zero-defect production throughout the stages of inbound, in-process, and final inspection.

Key Skills: Mastery of Quality Engineering and Metrology: In-depth practical understanding of metrology tools, blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and manufacturing quality assurance procedures. Proficiency in 8D problem-solving, 5-Why analysis, Cause & Effect (Fishbone) diagrams, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), and CAPA validation. Statistical Tools & Quality Frameworks: Strong knowledge of ISO/IATF QMS standards, MSA, process capability assessments, and statistical process control. Shop-Floor Inspection & Audit Discipline: Practical capacity to do calibration compliance tracking, incoming raw material verification, line audit checklists, and first-off part sign-offs.
