QA Engineer ensuring quality & System Testing Job Description Duties: QMS Implementation & Process Audits: To assure audit readiness, maintain and sustain the plant's Quality Management System, perform internal process and system audits, create audit checklists, and monitor non-conformance remedy. Create, put together, and submit comprehensive PPAP documentation packages for new product introductions (NPI) and process engineering engineering adjustments in accordance with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and APQP. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA Validation: Use organised problem-solving techniques to assist cross-functional teams in examining internal non-conformances and customer rejections, guaranteeing the successful execution and validation of Corrective and Preventive Actions. Supplier and In-Process Quality Assurance: To stop defects from escaping, conduct supplier process audits, create procedures for sampling incoming materials, keep an eye on vendor quality performance metrics, and audit in-process production lines.

Focus Skills: Manufacturing Quality Assurance & QMS Mastery: Useful knowledge of internal auditing procedures, regulatory compliance, ISO and IATF implementation, and quality policy enforcement. Measurement System Analysis (Gauge R&R), FMEA documentation, statistical process control charts, and practical experience producing and assessing APQP deliverables are examples of core quality tools. Proficiency in 8D investigations, 5-Why root cause analysis, Cause & Effect (Fishbone) analysis, non-conformance logging (NCR), and post-CAPA effectiveness audits are examples of structured problem-solving and root cause analysis. Blueprint & Metrology Technical drawings, GD&T, metrology principles, inspection techniques, and calibration standards are all well-understood.
