Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos over the phone using structured sales scripts tailored to customer needs. Probe customer requirements, overcome price or product objections, and execute effective closing techniques to achieve daily/monthly targets. Maintain complete and up-to-date candidate/lead logs, pipeline stages, conversion notes, and deal values in CRM software. Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, website leads, and campaign sign-ups to maximize conversion rates. Build strong rapport with prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and a positive brand image during every telephonic touchpoint. Track individual sales metrics, call duration, connection rates, and revenue generation to regularly report progress to sales managers

Focus Skills: Strong interpersonal, active listening, persuasive negotiating, and verbal communication skills. a track record of meeting or surpassing telephone sales goals and a strong target orientation.
